We are all worshippers!
We were all built to worship God!

We often times choose to worship other things. We set up idols in our lives because those are things that we can see and touch. The tangible!An idol can be anything that takes our focus off of God. We chase after relationships, career success, money, material things that will be ruined and replaced. We chase after everything with earnest but God!

Psalm 37:4 Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.

God knows my hearts greatest desire.

The more I begin to spend time in His presence, I see a shift in that desire. My focus has been to spend more and more time with God. Reading, praying and praising. Even in those moments when I cannot find contentment in my current situation. I ask God for His comfort and His peace.

Psalm 34:8 Taste and see that the Lord is good¡

Psalm 81:10 I am the Lord your God,
who brought you up out of Egypt.
Open wide your mouth and I will fill it.

His word is full of satisfaction¡
We just have to seek him out

James 4:8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you¡

If we are to look through our eyes in a spiritual manner
We can begin to see the attributes of God in this world. We can begin to worship the creator and not the creation or the tangible idols we’ve set our focus on¡

(He who is in me is greater than he who is in this world)
He is omnipresent
He is LOVE
He is Gracious
He is Holy
